Abstract

Firna Sulfifiyani, 2020: The Influence of Restaurant Image and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention on Customers Solaria. Thesis, Jakarta: Business Education, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. Advisory Team: Drs. Nurdin Hidayat, M.M., M.Si. and Terrylina Arvinta Monoarfa, S.E., M.M. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Restaurant Image and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention on Customer Solaria. The research design used was descriptive and causal, while the sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method. The population in this study are customers who have visited tha Solaria restaurant at least 2 times during the last 6 months. The total sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents. A pilot study was conducted on 50 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 25 and AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that Restaurant Image have a positive effect on Perceived Value, Restaurant Image have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Value have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on Behavioral Intention.
