Abstract
INDRIANI SETYAWATI, The Influence of Trust and Satisfaction toward Continuance Usage Intention to Use OVO Digital Wallet for the User’s in Jakarta. This research aims to examine the influence of trust and satisfaction toward continuance usage intention to use the OVO digital wallet for the user’s reside in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted in DKI Jakarta, for six months from January 2020 to July 2020. This research uses a quantitative approach while the methods used are descriptive methods and surveys. The population used are all users of the OVO digital wallet while the sampling techniques used are purposive and as many as 210 respondents of OVO users reside in DKI Jakarta are used as samples. Test requirements analysis using the normality test Kolmogorov-Smirnov with a significance level (α) = 0,05 and the result indicates that the continuance usage intention (Y), trust (X1), and satisfaction (X2) variables have significant levels of 0,200 > 0,05. Thus, it can be concluded that these three variables are distribution normal and can be used in subsequent stages of analysis. The regression linearity test shows the significant value in the linearities of the X1 variable against Y or X2 against Y which is 0,000 < 0,05 (linear), it can be concluded that both the X1 and X2 variables have a linear relationship to the Y variable. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 2,701 + 0,257 X1 + 0,411 X2. Hypothesis testing was performed partially using t-test, the results showed that the trust (X1) has a value of tcount 7,334 > ttable this namely 1,971 and the significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 while the satisfaction (X2) has a value of tcount 7,087 > ttable this namely 1,971 and significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, then the two variables have a positive and significant influence on the continuance usage intention. The value of the correlation coefficient between trust variables (X1) with continuance usage intention (Y) of 0.481 whereas satisfaction variables (X2) with continuance usage intention (Y) of 0,470 and the second significance level of the free variable is 0,000 < 0,05, it means both X1 and X2 variables have a significant correlation to the variable Y. The trust variable (X1) can explain the continuance usage intention (Y) variable by 23.2% and the satisfaction (X2) can explain the continuance usage intention (Y) variable by 22.1% while the remainder is described by another variable outside of this study. Keywords: Continuance Usage Intention, Trust, Satisfaction
