Abstract

RENI SAPUTRI, The Correlation Between Compensation With Productivity Of Employee In PT.Indonesia Pondasi Raya. This research was conducted in PT.Indonesia Pondasi Raya. The purpose of this study is to determine correlation between compensation with productivity of employee in PT.Indonesia Pondasi Raya. This research since October 2015 until June 2016. The research method used survey method with the correlational approach. The population is the all employee who work in PT.Indonesia Pondasi Raya. Reached population is the all employee of production department. The sampling technique is using random sampling technique (stratified proporsional random sampling), based on Isaac and Michael table with 5% sampling error the sample is 78 responden. The resulting of the simple linear regression equation is Ŷ = 36,43 + 0,63 X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with test Liliefors product Lcount = 0,0910, while Ltable for n = 78 at 0,05 significant level is 0,1003. Because Lcount < Ltable the estimated error of Y over X normally distribution. Testing Linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 1,03 < 1,76, so it is concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which, 53,68 > 3,96, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product moment generating rxy = 0,643, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 7,327 and ttable = 1,67. It can conclude that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,643 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtain for is 41,39% which show that 41,39% of the variant of productivity is determined by compensation.
