Abstract
Mega Maryati, 2020: The Effect of Self Efficacy and Motivation of Entreprenuer Intention Faculty of Economics Students in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Business Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Advisory Team: Ryna Parlyna, MBA and Terrylina Arvinta Monoarfa, S. E., M.M. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Self Efficacy and Motivation of Entrepreneur Intention of the Faculty of Economics Studnets in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta who have entrepreneurial intentions. The total samples in this study amounted 120 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurl Intention and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneur Intention. Thus it can be concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and motivation on entrepreneur intentions. Keyword: Entrepreneur Intention, Self Efficacy, and Motivation.
