Abstract

MUHAMMAD ABDUROHMAN. The Effect of Good Corporate Governane and Leverage on Corporate Values on SOE Companies Listed on Kompasm 100 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 This study aims to determine the impact of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Corporate values on Kompas 100 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 with a total sample 79. This study uses a test of analysis requirements, a classic asumption test, and hypothesis test. Based on the analysis, the result that Good Corporate Governance and Leverage have simultaneous and significant effevt on Corporate Value. The partial hypothesis test shown that Good Corporate Governance has effect and significant to the Corporate. Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Corporate Value.
