Abstract

MUTIARA RAHMA DEWI, 8105161034. The Influence Of Students Perception About Teacher Teaching Skills And Learning Motivation On Student Learning Outcomes Of Computer Accounting Subject Grade XI Accounting Students In Central Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta. Study Program of Economic Education. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2020. This study aims to determine the influence of students perception about teacher teaching skills and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. The method used is a quantitative method. The affordable population of the study was 141 students. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling to obtain a sample of 104 students. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Based on the results of the T test, there is a partial effect of students perception about teacher teaching skills on learning outcomes. From learning motivation variable, there is a unpartial effect on learning outcomes. Then, simultaneously the value is obtained meaning that there is a negative and unsignificant influence between students perception about teacher teaching skills and learning motivation on learning outcomes. The correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination means that the students perceptions about teacher teaching skills and learning motivation unsimultaneously influence learning outcomes. The conclusion that can be drawn is that students’ perceptions of teacher teaching skills are one of the factor that affect learning outcomes. Students are expected to form self-perception and high motivation to learn in themselves. It is hoped that schools, teachers, parents and peer/community circles to participate in supporting this distance learning activity. And provide learning facilities that do not make it difficult for students to be able to participate in learning activities. With the current conditions, the learning that is being carried out is PJJ (distance learning). The distinguishing character of PJJ is the separation of the teaching and learning teams during learning. Distance learninng involves a very comprehensive learning media technology. Keywords: students’ perceptions about teacher teaching skills, learning motivation, learning outcomes
