Abstract
YUSUF SYAIFULOH. The Effect Of Achievment Motivation And Perfectionism On Academic Procrastination By Self Control As A Mediator Variable. Thesis. Jakarta. Study Program of Economic Education. Consentration of Accounting Education. Faculty of Economic. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020 This research aims to determinate the effect of Achievment Motivation and Perfectionism on Academic Procrastination and to examine the Self Control variable as a mediating variable. The data collection method used is a survey method with questionnaire. The affordable population in this study were students of economic education FE UNJ 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 totaling 231 people. Sample used were as many 145 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used is the requirement analysis test, hypothesis test, description analysis and path analysis. Test requirements analysis performed shows the results that are normally distributed and linear data. The hypothesis test results concluded that all hypotheses were accepted. The result of path analysis show that the self-control variable is able to mediate the effect of achievement motivation and perfectionism on academic procrastination. The coefficient of determination in this study was 31.4% which showed the ability of achievement motivation, perfectionism and self-control in influencing academic procrastination while the rest were influenced by other factors not examined.
