Abstract
This study aims to describe: Stages of Assistance which includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the evaluation of PLUT-KUMKM Cianjur Regency. This study used a qualitative method with the subjects of Leaders, Consultants and Actors of SMEs guided by PLUT-KUMKM in Cianjur Regency. Subject selection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of data with data sources. The results of this study indicate the stages of assistance that includes planning in the form of data collection of SMEs, preparation of the implementation schedule, preparation of material assistance, preparation of methods and preparation of places. The implementation of mentoring covers the role of implementing five types of assistance, namely the institutional sector, the HR field, the production sector, the financing sector, and the marketing sector, and in which each advisory role has a role. Next evaluation of the assessment is through reviews, questions and answers, and weekly meetings. Keywords: Assistance, PLUT-KUMKM, SMEs
