Abstract

ABSTRACT ALI AKBAR VELAYATI, 8105123344. The influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment to Work Productivity of Employee at PT Mulia Industrindo. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. June 2016 This study aims to determine whether there is influence work discipline and work environment to work productivity of employees at PT Mulia Industrindo Cikarang. This research was conducted for three months from March to May 2016. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research were all employees at PT Mulia Industrindo Cikarang. Population affordability are all employees of the production division amounted to 65 employees. The sample used in thisresearch was 55 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Work Productivity) are secondary data obtained from labor productivity data in April 2016. While the variable data X (Work Discipline) are secondary data obtained from labor discipline data in April 2016as well as variable data X2 (Work Environment)instrument used was a questionnaire using Likert scale models. Before use, be tested construct validity through a validation process that is the calculation of corelation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha formula.Results X1 variable reliability of 0,842 and prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Komolgorv Smirnov Z and can value X1 amounted to 0,200, X2 0,200 and Y was 0,200 of which were greater than 0,05 then data normal distribution. Then look for a test the classical assumption of multkcolinearity and heteroscedastisity test. From the multkolinearity test results Tolerance of 0,737, value greater than 0,1 and VIF is 1,356 less than 10, it can be concluded that there was no trouble multikolinearity. Next look for heteroscedasticity test with Spearman’s rho test, which resulted is significance value X1 0,972 and X2 0,955. Because the significance value greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedasticity. Then regression equation obtained was Y=5,516+0,281X1 +0,161X2 . Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA tables, known Farithmetic 28,741>Ftable 3,18. T test produces tarithmetic of work discipline by 4,281>2,006 ttable and tarithmetic of work environment by 3,179>ttable 2,006. Then test the coefficient of determination obtained results of 52,5%. It is concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between work discipline and work environment to work productivity of employees at PT Mulia Industrindo Cikarang.
