Abstract
ABSTRACT HANNA ANDREINA RISFIANI. 8105123323. Relationship Between Work Environment With Turnover Intentions On Employees Of PT Sentul Golf Utama. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the the relationship between work environment with turnover intentions on employees of PT Sentul Golf Utama. This research have been done for three month since March 2016 until May 2016. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to employees of PT Sentul Golf Utama. The populations research consist all employees of PT Sentul Golf Utama., 89 employees for sampling with proportional random sampling methods. Instrument using data from X variable about work environment and Y variable about turnover intentions by questionnaire using likert scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 101,11 – 0,550X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lhitung = 0,087 < Ltabel = 0,094, matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity Fhitung (73,69) > Ftabel (3,96) that declare regression very mean with regression linierity test that produce Fhitung (1,07) < Ftabel (1,68) that show that regression model that used linier correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0,494. Significancy test with t hitung as bis as (-8,58) and (1,67). Because thitung < ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between work environment turnover intentions on employees on PT Sentul Golf Utama. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 45,86%. So can be taken conclusion found which are negative connection and significant between work environment with turnover intentions.
