Abstract

ABSTRACT YUDHIANTO ADI NINGTYAS. 8105097380. The influence of motivation and job satisfaction Against the discipline of work In Bank Rakyat Indonesia Subsidiary Employees Kramat Jati. Thesis. Jakarta: Education economics, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, June 2016. This research aims to find out whether there is influence of motivation and job satisfaction against the discipline of work in Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch employees Kramat Jati. This research was conducted for three months starting from March until May 2016. Research methods the survey method is used with the korelasional approach. The population in this study are all the employees at Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch Kramat Jati a number of 58 employees. Population of terjangkaunya in the cash Services Division, customer service, operations, marketing and administration of 52 people. The sample used in this study is 48 employees. Determination of the sample by reference to the table of Isaac and Michael with a 5% error level. The data of the variable Y (the discipline of work) is a secondary data obtained from the assessment data work discipline in may 2016. While the data variable X 1 (Motivation) and X 2 variables (job satisfaction) the instruments used are questionnaire using likert scale model. Prior to use, do a test run invalid constructs validity (construct validity) through a process correlation coefficient calculations i.e. validation score grains with a score total reliability and test with a Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the reliability of the variable X 1 of 0.89 and prove that the instrument is reliable. Technique of data analysis using SPSS program version 22.0 was started by finding the test requirement analysis method using a normality test IE Komolgrov Smirnov Z and in May the value of X 1, x 2 0.200 0.200 registration and Y of 0.200 which are all greater than 0.05 significance then the data is Gaussian. Then look for a classic assumption test, namely the test of multicollinearity and heteroskedastisitas. From the results of a test of Tolerance value of multicollinearity 0.906 greater than 0.1 and VIF less than 10 i.e. 1.104, it can be concluded that the problem of multicollinearity does not occur. Next look for test heteroskedastisitas test Spearman's with rho, which produces the value significance of X 1 and X 2 0.945 0.918. Because the value of significance more than 0.05 it is no problem occurs heteroskedastisitas. The regression equation obtained was Y = 39,273 + 0, 199X1 + 0, 226X2. Test the hypothesis, namely test ANOVA in Table F, Fhitung > Ftabel 3.20 27.926. Test t generate thitung from ttabel > 2.014 4.027 motivation and thitung of the work discipline of 4,720 > ttabel 2.014. Then test the determination coefficient obtained results of 55,4% 44.6%, the rest is influenced by other factors not examined. Conclusion this study is there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction against the discipline of work in Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch employees Kramat Jati.
