Abstract

ULFA FARIDA, THE EFFECTS OF MOTIVATION, SUBJECTIVE NORM AND DESTINATION IMAGE TOWARDS INTENTION TO VISIT LOMBOK ISLAND AS SHARIA DESTINATION IN SUDIRMAN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (SCBD). Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research is conducted on employees who work in the region sudirman central business district (SCBD), for six months from Januari 2017 to June 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on the motivation of Lombok Island preference, positive influence and significant subjective norms towards Lombok Island noble intentions and positive and significant influence destination image about Lombok Island intentions on employees who work in the region sudirman central business district (SCBD). The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is convenience technique as many as 240 employees. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 31,328 + 0.713X1 for the motivation variable, Ŷ = Ŷ = 25,468 + 0.781X2 for subjective norm variable, Ŷ = 24,733 + 0.699X3 for destination image variable. Testing analysis by Kolmogorov Smirnov test with the test results can be known Asymp value. Sig intention on Lombok Island (Y) is 0.080, Asymp value. Sig motivation (X1) of 0.448, Asymp value. Sig subjective norm (X2) of 0,283and Asymp value. Sig. destination image (X3) of 0.350. Because the data has a significance greater than 0.05 then the data is inferred normal distribution. Classic cropping test using multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test showed no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity problem, so it can be said that good and ideal regression equation can be fulfilled. Then t test and tcount 11,956> ttable 1,96 for motivation (X1), 11,745> ttable 1,96 for subjective norm (X2), and 12,112> ttable 1,96 for destination image (X3). Thus, it can be concluded from the results of the t test calculation, then there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation to the intention, subjective norms to the intention, and the destination image to the intention. The coefficient of determination increased by 37,5% for motivation, 36,7% for subjective norm and 38,1% for destination image, it shows that Lombok Island affection variable is determined by motivation, subjective norm and attitude on things that have been determined.
