Karuniana Dianta AS, SIP, ME This research is aims to analyze The Influence of Wages, Investment and Government Expenditure on Labor Absorption Agricultural Sector in Indonesia. The research method used is panel data regression analysis using time series data from 2012-2015 and cross section data of 10 provinces in Indonesia with ex post facto approach and using fixed effect obtained from Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Data and Information Center of Ministry of Agriculture (Pusdatin Kementan) , the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), and the Ministry of Finance. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Using the panel data regression analysis model, output shows that wage (X1) has a negative and significant effect on labor absorption (Y) on agricultural sector in Indonesia. Investment (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on labor absorption (Y) in agriculture sector in Indonesia. Government expenditure (X3) has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption (Y) in agriculture sector in Indonesia. Keywords: Wages, Investment, Government Expenditure, Labor Absorption
