AJENG KUSUMAWARDANI. 2017. 8323145334. Pengukuran Kinerja Dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard Pada Hotel Pesonna Surabaya. Program Studi DIII Akuntansi. Jurusan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about the performance of Hotel Pesonna Surabaya based on balanced scorecard approach which includes financial perspective, customer perspective,internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with searching data through observation and questionnaire. From writing results can be seen that the performance of Hotel Pesonna Surabaya as a whole that is measured by using balanced scorecard approach has a pretty good performance. Keyword : Performance, Balanced Scorecard.
