The results of variable reliability 0.912 X 1 and X at 0.838 prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22.0 begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Komolgrov Smirnov Z and can be a value of 0.200 X1 , X22 amounted to 0.077, and Y of 0.200 of which were greater than 0.05, the distribution data normal. From the calculation results obtained path analysis equation Y = 0,338X1 + 0,352X2 + 0,686 and X2 = 0,320 X1 + 0,897. The R value of 0.314, which means that the member variable of net income can be explained by the variable quality of service and the participation of members of 31.4% and the remaining 68.6 influenced and explained by other variables not examined.
