Abstract
ABSTRAK SUCI ATI. The Influence Of Compensation And Working Environment To Teachers’ Performance At Privet Senior High School In Koja District North Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration In Cooperation Economic Education, Department Of Economics And Administration, Faculty Of Economics, University Of Jakarta. December 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between compensation and working environment to teachers’ performance at senior high school in Koja district North Jakarta. this study was conducted from April until December 2015. The method used was a survey method. The population of this study are all teacher at privet high school in Koja district, amounting to 43 people. Based on this study, the population sample was in senior high school teachers at koja district whose status privet school employees foundation permanent and contract employees using cencus sampling techniques. Data variable compensation in this form of instrument used questionnaire . for variable data instrument used working environment questionnaire form. And variable data on teacher performance instrument that is used in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 16.0 starts with finding the test requirement analysis is normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov method and obtained compensation for value of 0,972, working environment of 0,983, teachers’ performance of 0,989, which are more than 0,05 then data normal distribution. Linearity test can bee seen from the output of linearity test at significance level of 0,05. Compensation linearity test result and teachers; performance of 0,000 is less than 0,05, it can be concluded that compensation and teachers’ performance variable have a linear relationship. Then the result of the linearity test of working environment with teachers’ performance of 0,000 is less than 0,05, the data can be inferred working environment with teachers’ performance also have a linear relationship. Obtained multiple regression equation Y = 71,757 + 0,397X1 + 0,294X2. Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA table of F yield F count (31,996) > Fcritical (3,231), this mean that the compensation and working environment jointly contribute to the performance of teacher. t test which resulted in compensation of t count (4,628) > tcritical (1,683), and the working environment is tcount (3,720) > tcritical (1,683), it can be concluded that there is positive contribution between compensation, working environment and teachers’ performance. The result of these studies concluded that the variable of compensation and working environment is determined by the teachers’ performance.
