Abstract
RACHMAYANTHI NUR AFIATIN. 2016. 8323136487. Analisis Penerapan Sistem Pengadaan secara Konvensional dan Elektronik (E-Procurement) pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jendral PDASHL Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan RI. Program Studi D III Akuntansi. Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has background issues of Presidential Regulation No. 54 Year 2010 concerning Procurement of Government Goods/Services. This research has the objective to investigate the implementation of the conventional procurement and e-procurement, and also the impact of the implementation of e-procurement. The method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative data collection techniques such as of observation, interviews, and library research. From this result it can be concluded that e-procurement is more efficient that conventional procurement. E-procurement (e-catalog) can minimize the occurrence of corruption practices. Therefore, the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Watershed Management and Forest Protection have to implementing e-procuremet as a whole, to enhance Presidential Regulation No. 54 Year 2010 as well as to minimize the occurrence of corruption practices.
