Abstract

ABSTRACT ABDUL SOHIB. The Influence of Internal Communication and Cooperative Education Employees to the Success of Cooperative Business at Koperasi Swadharma Jakarta. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the influence of internal communication and cooperative education employees to the success of cooperative business at koperasi swadharma Jakarta,either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted in March to May 2015 at Koperasi Swadharma Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with correlation approach. Data recording, and questionnaire are research technique. Population in this research were all employees of the cooperative Swadharma totaling 60 employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between internal communication toward success of cooperative business. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t 2,593 greater than ttable count 1,672. Meanwhile, cooperative education employees are also partial influence on the success of cooperative business, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 3,671 greater than t 1,672. Simultaneously there is relationship between internal communication and cooperative education employees toward the success of cooperative businesss. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed Fcount Table value of 22,544 is greater than the value of F 3.16. There was a significant positive influence of internal communication and cooperative education employees to the success of cooperative business at Koperasi Swadharma with R for 0,665 and determination coefisien for (R)table was44,2%.
