Abstract
SITI NURKHOLIFAH. The Influence Of Investment Decision And Financing Decision On Company‟s Value. Faculty of economic University of jakarta. 2014. This study examines theInfluence Of Investment Decision And Financing Decision On Company‟s Value. Object in this research is Mining Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012. The sample in this study was obtained through a random sampling technique with a total sample of 32 companies. The research methodology in this study using an ex post facto.The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis which previously has been tested with normality test, linearity test, and classical assumption test. The result showed that the investment decision influence positive and significant on the firm value with value T , that is 2,361>2,045 and significance 0,025<0,05. The Financing decision influence negative and significant on the firm value with value -T count count >T <-T , that is 2,054<-2,045 and significance 0,049<0,05. The result showed that the investment decision and The financcial decision influence positive and significant on the firm value with value F count >F , that is 3,345>3,328 and significance 0,049<0,05.
