Abstract
TRI HARIYANTO. The relation between cash flow and the company of stock price that registered in LQ45 stock index. Thesis. Jakarta : The Faculty of Economy, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this research is to get information about how far the relationship between the cash flow and the company of stock price that registered in LQ45 stock index. Population is the entire stock of the company that registered in LQ45 index during the period of August, 2011 - July, 2012. The sample was taken by using a Isaac and Michael table, there are 36 companies. The method of this research is expos facto which accomplish by correlation approach. The testing of the hypothesis is using the correlation technique of product moment that produced a coefficient number of correlation r which the amount of 0,436. The significant testing was done by using t testing that produced t iii xy 2,82 meanwhile, t for degrees freedom (dk) 36-2 = 34 in the real standard α = 0,05 and the amount is 2,03. So, the conclusion of this research is proved that there is a significant relation between the cash flow and the stock price. If the value of the cash flow increase, the amount of the stock price will be increase too. The implication theory of this research is to make the cash flow increasing and it is need a good management too. By making a property of cash flow efficiently and the available cash into a good condition, It will guarantee that a company will be able to give a payment in the future.
