Abstract

ABSTRACT RATNA DEWI KARTIKA SARI. 8125077935, The Influence Motivation And Dicipline To Learn On The Learning Achievement Of Economic On Students Of The Tenth Class In Sma Negeri 99 Jakarta Timur. Scrib. Study program of economic education. Concentration in cooperation economic education. departement of economic and administration. Faculty of economic. State university of jakarta. 2014 The purpose of this study was to gain the proper knowledge (valid, approval, and right), and trustworthy (reliable) regarding The Influence Motivation And Dicipline To Learn On The Learning Achievement Of Economic On Students Of The Tenth Class In Sma Negeri 99 Jakarta Timur. This study uses a survey method, that method is to investigate an incident that has occurred, the results of studying economics at the tenth class is contained in semesters one and two books report. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire for Motivation And Dicipline To Learn variable in the study and documentation of SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta Timur to learn the learning Achievement of economic variable. Samples in this study is the tenth class in SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta Timur, amounting to 90 students with the sampling technique used was a balanced sample (proportional sampling). This research using multiple linear regression analysis, obtained by multiple linear regression with function Y = 19,411 + 0,314 X1 +0,407 X2 . In addition ,for using the linearity test to determines significance between X1 and Variable Y of 0,925, and X2 and Variable Y of 0,982 wiyh a value of >0,05. Means, variable achievement motivation toward learning has a positive influence, as well as the discipline of learning achievement variables have a positive effect. Determination shows R= 0,653 with R square= 0,426 economic means learning achievement is determined by 42,6 % the learning achievement and motivation and discipline to learn. The Conclusions of this study, there is significant influence between motivation learning and discipline learning, the learning achievement of economic on students of the tenth class. The higher the motivation and decipline learning, so the higher achievement learning of economic on students the tenth class in SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta Timur. In the end, it is advisable to apply on students tenth class motivation and dicipline learning in order to achieve the learning objectives, namely to improve learning achievement, especially in the subject economic.
