Abstract
ABSTRACT NITA AMELIA (8125090290). Effect of Imported Rice Prices and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) against Rice Import Demand in Indonesia in 20022011. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of import prices and the GDP of the demand for imported rice in Indonesia in 2002-2011 partially or simultaneously. Research methods using method facto exposure. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Regression results showed import prices significantly and negatively related to the demand for imported rice in Indonesia. GDP is positive and significant impact on the demand for imported rice in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the price of rice imports and GDP have a significant effect on the a = 5% of the demand for imported rice in Indonesia.
