Abstract
Ela Marina .Correlation Between Balancing Fund With Financial Performance of Local Governments in Java Period 2006-2010. Skripsi. Jakarta : Concentration in Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2013. The purpose of this research is to get correlation between balancing fund with financial performance of local governments. The data was collected from BPK-RI as financial statement. The a sampling using purposive sampling technique. Balancing fund and financial performance of local governments with efectivity ratio from budget realization statement. Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 1,19 - 0,02X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors Lhitung<Ltabel (0,0546<0,09670). It mean the data are normally distributed. On the meaningful of regressions test we got the result Fhitung (10,37) > Ftabel (3,69) which can be conclude that the regression model is means. As for the linierity test obtained Fhitung 0,97) < Ftabel (2,61) indicating that the regression equation is linear. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained = - 0,34. This means there is a negative relationship between balancing fund with financial performance of local governments. From the correlation meaningful test calculations t hitung (3,22) > t (1,67). Indicating a significant relationship between balancing fund with financial performance of local governments. From the calculation results obtained 11,23% coefficient of determination so that it can be said that the task balancing fund with financial performance of local governments as 11,23%
