Abstract

ABSTRACT YUFINNUR. The Effect of Interest Rate and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on Domestic Investment (DCI) in Indonesia The period of 2004 - 2011. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aimed to determine the effect of interest rate and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Domestic Investment (DCI) in Indonesia in 2004-2011 partially or simultaneously. Research methods using method facto exposure and time series data analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Processing data using SPSS Statistics 20 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Regression results showed rates significantly and negatively related to Domestic Investment (DCI). Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and a significant positive effect on Domestic Investment (DCI). Simultaneously, interest rates and gross domestic product (GDP) significantly at a = 5% of the Domestic Investment (DCI).
