Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about secretarial duties at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Limited) Regional Office I. The barriers experienced by the secretary and how to overcome barriers experienced by the secretary of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Limited) Regional Office I. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data though library dan observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that there are some things that do not do the secretary in carrying out secretarial duties. Such as setting up meetings, manage a secret letter, and effective communication of voice. Thus the need for a professional attitude in handling secretarial duties. Keywords: Secretarial Duties.
