Abstract
ABSTRACT ANNISA MUSTIKA PALUPI.The Influence of Product Domestic Regional Bruto and Investment Toward The Recruitment of Workers in Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Faculty Economic State University of Jakarta.2012. The recruitment of workers still be a most important problem to some region in Indonesia,especially Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. If the population growth highest than the extension job opportunity, can make unemployment growth increase. So this problem can be resolve with effort to make Product Domestic Regional Bruto and Investment be growth. This Study analyzes influence of PDRB and Investment toward recruitment of workers. The PDRB variable use value of PDRB with price constant 2000 and data the investment use value realization of PMDN and PMA,whereas the recruitment of workers variable use total of workers who can up to all sector economy. This study use a secunder data with time series data a once a year period 1980 – 2010, the data gain from BPS. With the multiple regression method with dummy variable,displaied that PDRB and investment have a positive influence to recruitment of workers,whereas the dummy variable don’t influence the recruitment of workers. From result of determination coefficient providable value 0.88, have definition that PDRB and investment variable can 88% influence recruitment of workers. Result of the assumptions of the classical model displaied that nothing have multicolliniearity,heterokedasity and autocorrelation.
