Abstract

ABSTRACT KHAIRUNNISA. Effect of Quality of Teaching Teachers and Tutors Tutoring Against The Economics Learning Outcomes At SMAN 4 in Central Jakarta. Script, Jakarta. Economics Education Studies Program, Cooperative Economics Education Concentration, Department of Economics and Administration, Facultyof Economics, State University of Jakarta, in July 2012. This study aims to gain information and knowledge based on the data or the fact that valid or invalid, true and trustworthy on the Effect of Quality of Teaching Teachers and Tutors The Tutoring Learning Outcomes against Economy In Central Jakarta SMAN 4. The research was conducted on a class XI student of SMAN 4 IPS in Central Jakarta for three months from April 2012 until June 2012. The method used in this research is survey method with the correlational approach. Survey method with a correlational approach to research conducted in large and small populations studied but the data is the data from samples taken from the population so that the relative occurrences are found,the distribution and relationships between variables. The population in this study were students of SMAN 4 in Central Jakarta, amounting to 720 students. Affordable population in this study were students XI IPS totaling 120 students. The sampling technique used is purposive random sampling technique, namely the selection of a group of subjects was based on features or certain qualities deemed to have a close relation with the characteristicspreviously known population. The resulting regression equation was Y = 40.577 + 0.166 + 0.163 X1 X2. Analysis of the test requirements of Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test Y on X1 and X2 with the linearity test with the decision criteria is if the 0.05 then the data are normally distributed. Hypothesis testing of regression coefficients test simultaneously generate Fcount> Ftable, meaning that the regression equation simultaneously significant, t test result tcount> Ttable, meaning that the partial effects of independent variables on the dependent variables have a significant effect, as well as the calculation of the correlation coefficient is used to test the effect of variable independent (independent variables) partially with respect to the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination obtained by 46.2% this means that the variable quality of teaching and quality teachers tutor tutoring to explain the learning outcomes simultaneously and the remaining 46.2% is explained by other factors. The results of calculations conclude that there is a positive influence among the teaching quality of teachers and tutors at the tutoring of the learning outcomes of economic subjects in SMAN 4 Central Jakarta.
