Abstract

ABSTRACT RESTI SEPTIANI. The Correlation Between Performance Of Cooperative Management With Participation Of Members In Cooperative State Employees Of Walikota Jakarta Timur. The Script. Concentration in Economics Cooperation. Study Program of Economics Education. Departement of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2012. The purpose of this research is to know that what can be correlation between Performance Of Cooperative Management With Participation Of Members In Cooperative State Employees Of Walikota Jakarta Timur. This research conduct to describe member participation in cooperation employee. This research have been done by member cooperation state employees of Walikota Jakarta Timur for three month since Oktober to December 2011. This research used survey method with correlation technique. Data could be from member cooperation state employee instrument. Data analysis technique have been done by correlation test and regression with the first step looking for regression form. Regression form is Y = 61,67+ 0,385X. Normalitas galat regression Y to X is Lcount (0,095) < Ltable (0,135), that is normal distribution. According linier regression used to Anava analysis, the result is Fcount =29,43 dan Ftable = 4,08. It means Fcount > Ftable, Significant. For regression linier test be gotten the value Fcalculate <Ftabel , yaitu 1,20 < 2,19, so that regression be stated linier. Hipotesis test used by correlation coefficient product moment with significant level 0,05. The result is rxy = 0,646. According determination coefficient (KD) is 41,79%, it means that member cooperation participation 41,79% determined by performance of cooperative management.
