Abstract

ABSTRACT SHINTA DESTIANI. Influence of Membered Participation to Business Development at Civil Servants Cooperative of North Jakarta. Script, Jakarta : Economics Education Program, Economics and Cooperative Education Concentration, Economics Majors and the Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2012. The purpose of this research is to know the influenced of membered participation to business development at civil servants cooperative of nort Jakarta. This research has done from during three month since october 2011 until December 2011. Research method using method with correlation approach, while the data from primary. The population research was all registered cooperatives in North Jakarta Cooperative Agency, amounting to 53 cooperatives, while affordability is a cooperative population of civil servants registered in North Jakarta Sudin cooperatives, amounting to seven cooperatives. 170 members for sample with used Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Collecting X variable data (Membered Participation) and Y variable data (Business Development) is the primary data, using instrument of questionnaire with Likert Scale. Before that for X variable and Y variable it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach Formula. Reliability X variable (Membered Participation) is 0,905 and Y variable (Business Development) is 0,896. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 24,31 + 0,695 X. After that, data normality test by using lilifors formula and the result is L (Lt ) = 0,068 in significant level 0,05, so Lcount < Ltable count (Lo) = 0,059 and L mean that be mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result, Fcount (78,18) > F (3,91), showing that, it has regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount table (1,02) < F (1,55), showing that regression is linier. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is r table 2 means is variation business development variable determinate by 31,76% variation of membered participation. The conclusion shown that research have positive influence table = 0.3176. That of membered participation to business development at civil servants cooperative of north jakarta
