Abstract
ABSTRACT Reni Yuliyaningsih, 2012; The Influence of Firm Size, Return On Assets (ROA), and Net Income Growth in The Initial Return to Go Public in Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2005-2009 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, Return On Asset (ROA) and Net Income Growth, Return Objects in this study were 39 companies that went public in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005 and 2009 period. Data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is the listing date and tradingdate, the closing price and offering price,and the annual financial statements of each company.Analytical techniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis, using t-test and F-test to test the hypothes is with a significance level of 5%. From the results of research and simultaneously bepartiallythe result that all the independent variables, namely firm size, return on assets, and net income growth significantly influence initial return. For the variable size of the company and the Return on Assets(ROA) has a negative effect on initial returns while earnings growth variable has a positive influence on initial returns. Keywords : Firm size, Return on Assats (ROA), Net Income Growth, and Initial Returns.
