Abstract

DIAN SEPTYARINI. The Relationship Between Health And Safety Work With Productivity Work At Employees PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA In Cakung. Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education. Major Economy and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this researches is to get a valid and reliable data of fact, to know more the relationship between health and safety work with productivity work at employees PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA in Cakung. The researches has done from February until June 2012.The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population was all employees of PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA. Population is the inaccessibility of employees of PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA the production amounted to 150 employees. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5% is 105 employees. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (Health And Safety Work), used the instrument in the form of questionnaires, distributed to the employees of PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. As for the variable Y (Productivity Work) used secondary data from the data document Employee Productivity Assessment. The results of the reliability of the variable X (Health And Safety Work) of 0.902. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 44.15 + 0.29 X. after that, data normality test by using Liliefors formula and the result is Lo= 0.0700 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.0864. So Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (104.23) > Ftable (3.91), showing that regression. While regression linierity test, Fcount (0.89) < Ftable (1.62), showing that regressing is linier. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0.708. continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with test-t. counting result is tcount = 10.178, while ttabel on dk = 105 – 2 = 103 and significance level 0.05 is 1.658 and so tcount > ttabel. From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 = 0.7082 = 0.5012 mean that 50.12% variation in labor productivity is determined by the health and safety work health and safety work. Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive the relationship between health and safety work with productivity work at employees PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA in Cakung.
