Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the calculation of income tax consultant at the Warnoyo, CPA., M.Si Tax Consultant Office in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The method used in this research was descriptive method with qualitative approach. Methods of data collection were from field studies and literature studies. This research required several data, such as the pieces of evidence of income tax on consulting services, data on the gross turnover of consultant services and SPT during the year 2011. The results of this research then to be concluded whether the calculation of income tax consulting services in compliance with the applicable tax regulations. The results of this research may also indicate the requirement of the suitable tax rate in calculating income tax fits the criteria and in accordance with tax regulations in Indonesia, thus it can generate the required annual income tax correctly.
