Abstract
Scientific work aims to determine efficiency determination of raw material “harness-auxiliary tank (aircraft product)” at Indonesian Aerospace (IAe) Company using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model (method). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of data collection through interviews, observation, and library research. From the survey results revealed that the raw material inventory determination Indonesian Aerospace (IAe) Company does not use methods Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and when compared, there was disagreement inventory costs of raw materials more efficienctly by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). This can improve efficiency and save on inventory costs of raw materials Indonesian Aerospace (IAe) Company to become more optimal. Keyword : Economic Order Quantity, Reorder Point, Total Cost
