Abstract
The purpose of this observation is to determine the independence of the auditor's attitude towards business continuity in KAP Armen, Budiman, and Partners. The method used in this observation is a qualitative analysis method of data collection methods through the literature study and interviews. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the attitude of the auditor's independence can be maintained in any condition. If the attitude of the auditor independence can be maintained, then the survival of KAP is also going to last long. The results of this analysis showed that the survival of KAP is also supported by other factors, such as professional staff, the auditor's experience, and maintain a quality audit is owned KAP. Key Word : Auditor Independency, KAP Business Continuity
