The aim of thiswork was Ilmia 1) To know the bond that has sensitivity to changes in interest rates listed on the Stock Exchange, and 2) Helping investors consider the possibility of investing as well as determine the price. The method used is descriptive method is a method of quantitative research conducted to reveal the truth of a theory. The steps to determine the value of the bond is, determine the value of the bonds, perform calculations Macaulay duration, modified duration and perform calculations. The technique of collecting data through an Internet search on the web IDX (www.idx.co.od) and literature From the results of the analysis showed that there were 13 bonds published of 7 companies on the Stock Exchange in 2014. Bonds that have sensitivity to changes in interest rates are bonds of PT Ciputra Residence Series C, is equal to 6.7785.
