Program Studi DIII Akuntansi. Jurusan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Scientific aims to analyze the value of company and trade frequency of company stock that follow and not follow PROPER. The method used in this study is an analysis descriptive with study literature for data collection methods, and lecture notes or other materials related to the study. The results of this research is that the value of the company is analyzed through Tobin's Q ratio and trade frequency of company stock in companies that follow the PROPER and companies that do not follow PROPER there is no difference (same). No difference (same) may be due to the variables associated with the stock, while not necessarily all such investors to understand, comprehend and pay attention to the existence of the PROPER. Thus the results showed no difference. However, the results also show that companies that follow PROPER credibility with companies that do not follow PROPER. That is, PROPER is not an environmental program that hurt the company. If you see the long-term risks will further reduce the risk for companies that follow the PROPER and add positive value in the image of the public for environmental conservation efforts.
