Abstract

Ana Sofiana, 2014. The Effects Of Environmental Management Accounting And The Strategy On Innovation Company With Research And Development Effort And Firm Size As A Control Variable. Pembimbing: (1) Ratna Anggraini ZR,S.E.,M.Si.,CA (2) Tresno Eka Jaya, S.E.,M.Ak. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect influence on the effects of environmental management accounting and the strategy on innovation company with research and development effort and firm size as a control variable using primary data. The sample of this study is part of the finances work in the Hospital (RS) in Jakarta is listed in the Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLHD). The study was conducted with menggumakan path analysis is a technique of development data were analyzed using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS software. Tests to be done through the outer PLS model (validity and reliability) and the inner model (model test). Based on the research results, the hypothesis testing results show that all variables have a positive influence on firm innovation. Thus, the implementation of environmental management accounting and strategy implementation at a company that will either lead to a variety of innovations in a company.
