Abstract

Bagus, 2014: Influence The Profitability and Stock Price to Cash Dividends on Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2010 - 2012. Supervisor: (I) M.Yassser Arafat, SE.Akt, MM.; (II) Yunika Murdayanti, M.Si, M.Ak. The purpose of this research to see the effect of profitability and stock price to cash dividends on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 20102012. Profitability is proxied by Return On Equity (ROE), stock prices proxied by Close Price, and cash dividends is proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The population of this research is 129 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2010-2012. The method of sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. The samples used in this research were 23 companies. The results of this research y indicate that profitability (return on equity) and stock price (close price) both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the cash dividend (dividend payout ratio).
