Abstract

Baiti Izzatinisa, 2014: Economic Growth, Regional Revenue and General Allocation Fund Capital Expenditure Against Appropriations Implementation desentral ization fiscal, besides giving authority to the Local Government also affects the area to meet the region's ability to meet the public interest that this study aims to examine the influence of Economic Growth, Regional Revenue and General Allocation Fund Capital Expenditure Against Appropriations. The sample used in the study was 93 province in Indonesia that is retrieved by using purposive sampling method. The test results showed that all the variables of Economic Growth, Regional Revenue and General Allocation Fund significantly influence the allocation of Capital Expenditure Budget.
