Abstract

WAHYU PUTRA PRATAMA, 2014. 8335109151. The Influence of Situational Leadership Style, Locus of Control and Job Stress on Auditor’s Job Performance at Public Accountants Firm In South Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, Accounting Program (S1) Accounting Department, State University of Jakarta (UNJ). Research responder consisted of by all auditors. Data for this research collected from 7 Public Accountant Firm. Questionnaire propagated by counted 50 questionnaire, from 50 questionnaire Re-propagated that be able to be processed by counted 37 questionnaire The data was collected through questionnaires to the auditor at Public Accountants Firm In South Jakarta. Data processing use validity examination test, examination reliability test, examination classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2, by using SPSS 16.00. Analysis results obtained p-value variable situational leadership style of 0,119 > 0.05, which means situational leadership style does not affect the auditor’s job performance. Poin a p-value variable locus of control of 0,000 < 0.05, which means there is an influence on the auditor’s job performance. And pvalue variable job stress of 0,001 < 0,05, which means there is an influence on the auditor’s job performance.
