Abstract
Eko Aris Priyanto, 2012: Efficiency Analysis Of Regional Development Bank In Indonesia Before And After Implementing BI Policy Package On April 2008 To Strengthen Intermediate Function. This research aims to analyze efficiency before and after implement BI policy package on april. Researchers would to know technical efficiency, allocative efficiency and scale efficiency of Regional Development Bank. This research using the secondary data obtained from PT. Ekofin Konsulindo in the ASBANDA’S Website (Regional Development Bank’s Association) for the year of 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. To analyze efficiency, researcher take all of the population (BPD Seluruh Indonesia) totally 26 regional development bank. Processing by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with VRS model to know technical efficiency, CRS model to know allocative efficiency and scale efficiency model. This researchs also using intermediate function approach with output maximalization. To determind hypothesis, researcher using paired samples t-test. Researcher conclude that, there aren’t different technical efficiency before and after implementing BI policy package. Technical efficiency has fluctuative trend, decrease on 2007-2009 and then increase on 2010. On the other hand, allocative efficiency and scale efficiency have different before and after implement BI policy package. Allocative and scale efficiency model have a better trend, the efficiency increase for each year. For the next research, researcher suggest to use in more research years and also using non-financial variables to have accurate research.
