Abstract
This paper has a purpose to know about the effectiveness and efficiency of investment management in Dana Pensiun BTN. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, including collecting primary and secondary data through a direct observation. The result described that the investment management in Dana Pensiun BTN for these 5 years had good effectiveness and efficiency. It appears in writer’s anylisis about the financial statement of the company using the BOPO, ROA, ROI, and RKD formula.
