Abstract
This paper aims to find out about the maintenance of the fixed assets system is applied to the machine is a good company. In addition, this study aims to determine the maintenance costs of fixed assets on the company's machines. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the methods of data collection through literature review, observation, and interviews. From the results of the writing can be seen that in the process of financing the maintenance of fixed assets machine at PT. CAM JAYA ABADI less efficient. System maintenance costs are applied using a predictive maintenance system where maintenance is done on the engine when the engine really need repair. The system used is less effective, because it can reduce the time required to performtheproductionprocess.
