Abstract
The purpose of this observation was to determine the procedures for the implementation of non-tax state revenue (tax revenues) in the Office of the Central Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics. The method used in this observation is a qualitative analysis method of data collection methods through the literature study and interviews. From these results it can be concluded that the implementation of State Revenue (tax revenues) can run well even though there will be obstacles when execution. If the employees who work non-tax revenues following section according to the procedures already in government regulations and legislation, the implementation of which will be run will show good results. Results of this analysis showed that if the execution procedure Non Tax Revenue (tax revenues) have barriers, especially in the stage of collecting information services, the process chart for doubtful accounts can overcome these obstacles.
