Abstract
Safier Ramdani, 2011; THE INFLUENCE OF ANALYTICAL AUDIT PROCEDURES, SPECIALIZED AUDIT WORKS, and ROLE CONFLICT on AUDITORS PERFOMANCE. Generally, the purpose of this research are: 1) To know whether Analytical Audit Procedures have influence to Auditors Performance, 2) To know whether Specializized Audit Works have influence to Auditors Performance, 3) To know Role Conflict have influence to Auditors Performance. This research represents the empirical test which used purposive sampling technics in data collection. Data were collected using a survey of 45 senior auditor at CPA Firms in South Jakarta. Data analysis conducted by using multiple regression analysis. Results of hypothesis examination indicate that Analytical Audit Procedures has no effect to Auditors Performance, Specializized Audit Works has no effect to Auditors Performance and Role Conflict has no effect to Auditors Performance. Researchers argue that the level of maturity and emotional work that was enough of a senior auditor at the fill sheets questionnaire. The conclusion that with his level of maturity and emotional work enough above the three independent variables have no impact on the dependent variable. Advice from researchers to permit an increase in the number of respondents.
