Thias Bahtiar, 2012; Effect of job satisfaction and professional Ethics toward Performance of Government Auditor (Study of Government Auditor in BPKP) Thesis adviser 1 : Marsellisa Nindito SE,Akt.M.Sc,; Thesis adviser 2: Indra Pahala M.Si Target of this research is to obtain and get evidence empirically and clarity about The Impact of Job Satisfaction and Professional Ethics Toward Performance of Government Auditor in BPKP. This study utilized quantitative method by research approach and data presentation by descriptive analizes and using job satisfaction, profesional ethics and Auditor Performance as variable. Population of this study is government auditor who worked in BPKP by taking 35 government auditors for sample using purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using enquete with likert scale. Data analysis was conducted by using multiple correlation and regression method at significance 95%. The result shows that job satisfaction has significant influence toward performance of government auditors. On the other side the professional ethics hasn’t significant influence toward performance of government auditors. The simultaneous test results that job satisfaction and professional ethics have collectively significant influence towards performance of government auditors.
