Abstract
ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD FADHLILAH SYAHBANA , Internship Report of PT. Bank Bukopin.Tbk , Micro Business Group Division , July 10th , 2017 – September 8th , 2017. S1 Management Program Department of Faculty of Economic, state University of Jakarta, 2017. Internship is one of the requirements of graduation students of the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) to complete my studies before writing a skripsi. The purpose of Implementation Internship as a cooperation between the company with the state university of Jakarta as well as for us to gain more insight into the world of work, to train mentally before entering the workforce and expending the network. Implementation of Internship in PT. Bank Bukopin.Tbk , the location Micro Group Business Division at Bukopin S. Parman Building, Jl. Letjen S. Parman Kav. 80 Slipi Jakarta Barat – 11460. Internee placed at the human resource part. The internship program start from July 10th , 2017 – September 8th , 2017. The duty of internship is learning about organizational structure of micro-human resource Bukopin and description of position along with giving employees values, make revision of human resources guidance of Bukopin Program and record salary of employee of Bank bukopin Tbk Keywords: Internship, PT.
