Abstract

ABSTRACT LUIS MARIAH, The Internship report at PT. Aetra Air Jakarta. Majoring S1 Management Study Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. Influence in the era of globalization brings dual effects that bring climate more open to working in the field of business and management, and a very tight competition in the field of technology. Therefore, as a successor in the future must be prepared to face the competition in the business world that is increasingly tight. One of the efforts undertaken S1 Management Studies Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta (UNJ) is to held Job Training Program. PKL held on PT. Aetra Air Jakarta which is located in Jalan Jatinegara Kaum No. 1, East Jakarta. PKL was held for 40 days starting from June 8 – August 25, 2017. The practice was placed in the Division of Human Resources (HR). Tasks of practice during the implementation of PKL input promotion period 2017th, participation in training, giving pocket money for partcipants retirement, and recapitulate the interview test. Benefits of PKL is the practice to gain experience as a comparison between theory learned in lectures with actual working practice. Keywords: Internship, PT. Aetra Air Jakarta, Human Resource
