Abstract

ABSTRACT Tami Nindy Astari. The Internhip Report at HR & System,West Regional Division V, central office PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Jakarta July 24, 2017 - September 15, 2017 Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The Implementation of Internship aims to enhance knowledge, experience, and self-training skills in preparation for competition in the world of work later. Internee implement the the Internship to HR & System,West Regional Division V, central office PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Duties given to internee, among others, the recruitment of new employees, create letters of travel service data (SPPD), input data of update Master Employee Data, conducting document selection and input data medical checkup offer and do document selection and input letters of scholarships child employees. From the implementation of this Field Work Practice, internee know how the human resource management system in the company Keywords: Intership, Waskita Karya, Division V, West Region, HR & System, Recruitment, Master Employee Data.
