Abstract

TRI RIZKY AMBARWATI, The Correlation Between Parent Participation With Students Achievement Class X Marketing At SMK 51 Negeri in East Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education, Departement Of Economic Dan Administration, Faculty Of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2012. This research aim to obtain empirical data and fact which sahih, valid and believable concerning whether there is relation between participation of old fellow with achievement of class student learning X marketing at SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta Timur during 4 month of counted from maret up to juni 2012. Research method applied is survey method with approach korelasional. While sampling technique applied that is simple random technique ( Random Sampling Technique). Instrument is in the form of scale likert applied to net relationship about participation of old fellow as variable X and achievement of learning as variable Y. Before instrument is applied, done validity test for both variables by using correlation coefficient formula with criterion rhitung > rtabel and then is calculated its(the reliability to item - item statement by using formula Alpha Cronbach. Out of 38 statement of variable X which has been validation 34 statement expressed is valid and the rest 4 item drop. While for variable Y data applied is secondary data. Based on result of calculation obtained result of variable reliability X 0,90 this thing proves that the valid instrument and reliable. Equation of simple linear regression model yields regression Ŷ = 63,66 + 0,134X. Clauses test of analysis that is valuation error normality test of regression Y to X with test liliefors yields Lhitung = 0,74 with Ltabel = 0,112 for nitrogen = 62 at level signifikansi 0,05 is 0,112 because Lhitung < Ltabel hence variable X and Y normal distribution. In testing hypothesis, meaning test and regression linear applies variance analysis tables (ANAVA). From regression meaning test result yields Fhitung > Ftabel 20,78 > 4,00 at level signifikansi 0,05 meaning equation of the regression means, then is continued with regression linear test yields Fhitung < Ftabel that is 0,84 < 1,84 so is concluded that equation of the regression is linear. Hypothesis test result with correlation coefficient formula product moment from Karl Pearson yielding rhitung 0,507, hereinafter is done correlation meaning test Product Moment by using test t, yielded thitung = 4,56 > ttabel = 1,67 concludes that there is relationship which are positive between old fellow participations with achievement of learning. With calculation coefficient of determination is obtained result of 25,73% various achievement of learning (variable Y) what determined by participation of old fellow (variable X). There by can pulled conclusion that there is positive relationship between old fellow participations with achievement of class student learning X marketing at SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta Timur.
